If the recipient is not in, our driver will do the best job to leave the flowers with a neighbour or in a porch where possible. A calling card will be put in their letterbox to say exactly where the flowers have been left and time delivery was made. Only as a last resort will the driver return the flowers to the shop. We will notify you of this. If another delivery is to be made, in some cases a 2nd delivery charge may incur.

While our driver is doing their job to deliver your order, please let us know if the recipient is unwell or for some reason may take longer than normal to answer the door.
